Robin Hood is an exciting community made up of people from diverse backgrounds and places, to which each individual contributes greatly. At Robin Hood you will meet people—fellow counselors and campers - and make lasting friendships. You will learn and grow from your responsibilities, learning the value of a true participatory community.

We look for young men and women who are both highly skilled in their given activities, and energetically engaged in life; we are always looking to expand our activities, so if you are good at something that is not on the activities list, let us know!

One of the most important aspects of being a counselor concerns those relationships you have with the campers with whom you live and teach, so we seek good role models. One of the most important questions we ask is, “If I were a parent, would I want my own child to be influenced by this applicant?”
