Robin Hood Staff
Robin Hood staff are hired from more than 30 coutries from around the world, and are carefully vetted through background checks, in-person interviews, and thorough reference checks. The average staff age is 22.5 years old.
Robin Hood hires approximately 140 staff each summer season, male and female. We look for coaches, teachers, activity leaders, and support staff who are highly skilled in one or more activities and have the desire to share their skills. Our counselors are self-motivated, committed, and passionate about what they teach and most, importantly, role models to our campers.
Staff share their exceptional skills while building their skill sets and making life-long bonds with co-workers. A balance between successful traditions and counselor creativity stimulates a healthy, vibrant community. Robin Hood staff get back to nature, make lasting friendships, earn valuable career experience, and—best of all—have lots of fun while providing a safe and nuturing environment for campers.
