Robin Hood tennis earning praise, welcomes PBI elite coach

The tennis program at Robin Hood Camp seems to get better and better every year, and the 2019 season is no exception as we welcome elite tennis coach Clark Corey to our team!Robin Hood tennis co-director Clark CoreyA native of Columbus, Ohio, Clark has been teaching tennis to some of the best around the world for more than 35 years. He has been the director of tennis at top resorts throughout North America, the Caribbean, Asia and the Middle East, including the five-star Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai and most recently at the JW Marriott Desert Springs resort in Palm Desert, Calif.

He has been a PBI Elite Tennis Professional since 1985 and was named PBI Professional of the Year in 1988. He has also served as a tennis commentator for SBC TV.

We’re beyond thrilled that Clark will direct our tennis program this summer alongside long-time Robin Hood Tennis Director Arpan Trivedi of India.

Robin Hood tennis director Arpan Trivedi earns PTR India President’s AwardSpeaking of Arpan, he has been earning accolades himself this year for his outstanding tennis work. He was recently selected to the Australian Academy of Tennis Coaches, the leading tennis organization on that continent for more than 25 years. Within his own home country, Arpan has also earned the prestigious PTR India President’s Award. Congratulations Arpan! This summer will mark Arpan’s 13th year at Robin Hood Camp.

Arpan and Clark can’t wait to meet this season’s new campers at Robin Hood. Experienced tennis players are reminded that the intensive Robin Hood Tennis Academy is the best way to sharpen your skills and take your tennis talents to the next level. The Robin Hood Tennis Academy will be held in weeks one (June 23-29), two (June 30 – July 6), three (July 7-13), four (July 14-20) and six (July 28 – August 3).
