Squash Academy (Week 2 and Week 3): Robin Hood’s Squash Academy offers an intensive seven-day training program coached by top international instructors and players from around the world. Academy players devote a minimum of three hours of training a day to squash but may also participate in any of our other over 35 daily activities.
Hameed Ahmed, Harvard University Men’s and Women’s Assistant coach, led the academies for the fourth time in 2018. Under Ahmed’s leadership at Harvard, the team has captured both Men’s (2014) and Women’s (2015) National Team Championships as well as three Ivy League titles. At the University of Rochester, as a coach for two seasons, Hameed coached six players to All-American honors. As a collegiate player, Hameed earned three All-American selections and served as team captain for three seasons.
We feel so fortunate to have him once again lead our Squash Academies.
